Cancellation / No Show Policy
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment time. Nixon & Co will make every effort to fill the appointment from our waiting list; however if we cannot fill the appointment you may be charged up to 50% of the price of the missed service.
Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.
If you arrive late, please understand that your appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next client.
Salon Return Policy
Product Refunds – We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. If you are not, we will gladly provide a full refund for products if they are returned at least half-full and within 30 days of purchase.
Service Refunds – All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake on the part of stylist, not that you changed your mind. It is important you contact the Salon if you are unhappy so we can schedule you. Corrective services must be completed within two weeks of original appointment.
Please keep in mind, using box color or going from dark to light tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
Boutique Return Policy
Boutique items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition with the original tags, and the receipt is required. All clearance items sales are final.
Cell Phone Policy
Nixon & Co is designed to be a calm and relaxing environment. Based on this, we ask that you silence your cell phone and other electronic devices when entering the salon.
As a family-friendly salon, Nixon & Co welcomes children for cuts and styling. However, for safety reasons, children under 12 are not permitted to wait while you receive a service.
